Project Manager
Location:
Remote – anywhere.
Job responsibilities:
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet project goals and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Effectively applies and enforces project standards.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimises exposure and risk on the project.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Ability to travel across Europe.
- Participating in different meetings such as kick-off meeting, progress meeting(s) and workshops e.g., Brussels.
Required profile:
- Master’s degree in engineering field or equivalent professional experience.
- Aviation background is an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of Project Management standards and practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work without supervision and a self-disciplined approach is required.
- Team player with a customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent oral and written skills in English with experience in writing technical documentation.
- Any other European language (e.g., French, German) will be an advantage.
- Ability to work with MS Office.

Additional information:
- The selected candidate will be offered a temporary post according to the project(s) length.
- The contract may be prolonged for an additional period of time.
- The payment will be made based on a monthly timesheet.

Safety Expert (Consultant)
Location:
Remote – anywhere.
Job responsibilities:
- Consulting various aspects of aviation safety part of the company projects.
- ATM safety management consulting (expertise).
- Drafting and editing ATM safety publications, e.g., articles.
- Written communication with aviation stakeholders and users.
Required profile:
- Profound knowledge and practical experience as an ATM Safety Expert (Consultant).
- Knowledge and practical experience with ICAO and EUROCONTROL safety core documentation.
- Experience in development and implementation of Safety Management System and Safety Maturity.
- Proven skills in drafting and editing ATM safety publications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work without supervision and a self-disciplined approach is required.
- Team player with a customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent oral and written skills in English with experience in writing technical documentation.
- Any other European language (e.g., French, German) will be an advantage.
